Meet the Studio

Angela Heyward

Angela Heyward is a senior Linehan Arts Scholar at UMBC working towards a degree in music performance. She has been playing clarinet since she was a young girl and has performed across the world from Carnegie Hall in New York to St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Northern Ireland. 

 

Outside of clarinet playing, Angela also does work in arts administration. Her latest venture being assistant company manager for Voices of Carmen, as well as a financial assistant for their parent company, Dance & Bmore. When Angela isn’t working, she likes to continue her studies in creative writing and learning Mandarin.
